The LJE&EC burner is an advanced solution for low NOx oil/gas firing applications, without adversely affecting boiler performance.

This low NOX burner was developed to achieve superior NOX performance with more than 20 years of experience, assuring desired results.

LJE&EC developed the burner with a focus on maximum NOX reduction with optimum combustion efficiency, safety and easy operation.

The compact design makes it well suited for retrofit applications and the burner requires minimal maintenance.

Each burner is completely shop assembled and mechanically tested before delivery.

The burner is designed as retrofit, with little or no modifications on the boiler.

Gas Skid

LJE&EC undertakes Design, Engineering, Supply, Testing & Commissioning of skid-mount HFO, HSD, LDO, Naphtha ,natural gas and oil systems for gas/energy distribution companies and the power industry, with instrumentation.

The skid-mounted concept reduces the erection, commissioning and start-up time on the site.

LJE&EC offers Dampers for cogeneration plants, power stations, plants, cement factories, steel industry, paper industries, chemical plants…

Dampers are designed for controlling low-pressure gases [5000 mm wc] and temperatures up to 800oC.

Soot Blowers

LJE&EC retractable soot blower is designed specifically for low maintenance, reliability, and maximum cleaning performance.

This soot blower stands up to the most severe environment and can be in the pendant superheater of the boiler, convection section platens, and economizer.

The advanced design venturi nozzles convert high-pressure air or steam into a high-velocity jet which impacts the maximum energy to remove slag deposits.

Our products are engineered for high wearing durability and minimum maintenance.

LJE&EC blowers are available with single motor drive, dual-motor drive, and non-rotating lance.

LJE&EC blowers can be operated electrically or pneumatically.

The blowers can be supplied for hazardous areas.

SCAPH

Steam Coil Air Pre Heater (SCAPH) is an extended surface type [finned tube] gas to the gas heat exchanger.

This equipment preheats air to the required process temperature using saturated steam.

Steam coil air preheaters (SCAPHS) are also used to heat air to raise the cold end temperature to prevent acid dew point corrosion.

In areas with low ambient air temperatures, this equipment is incorporated into the design of a boiler for low load operation and startup operation

This air heater uses an extended surface, normally referred to as fins, to increase the heat transfer rate and to reduce the overall size

Finned tubes may be of a G-type or spiral wound and made of aluminum.

Our SCAPH’s are modular units that can be easily erected and removed from an existing location for maintenance activities.

OIL GUN ASSEMBLY

LJE&EC Oil Gun Assemblies are used to deliver atomized liquid fuels to load carrying, tilting-tangential burners.

LJE&EC Oil Gun has an oil guns, ranging from 200 -4500 kg/hr fuel output.

Gun model, length, and atomizer size and type are selected based on your application.

Any liquid fuel may be burned with steam, air or mechanical atomization.

Atomization can be performed in two ways;

• Wide-range mechanical

• Twin fluid [atomization media - compressed air/steam]

All steam and air atomized oil guns have a high turndown ratio, typically greater than 4:1.
