Bagasse Spreader

LJE&EC Bagasse spreader ensures the Bagasse spread uniformly over the firing bed of the boiler.

LJE&EC spreaders are aerodynamically designed for better combustion for performance.

Bagasse has a low density with high moisture and volatile content. They are therefore best burnt in suspension

LJE&EC’s spreader ensures a high degree of uniformity of distribution across the furnace plane area.

The spreader tip comes in manual control.

LJE&EC’s pneumatic spreader shall distribute both fibrous and granular fuels.

The spreaders, which bolt onto the front panel of the furnace, are air-cooled.

The fuels are blown over distribution plates which are individually matched to their furnace location.

The “throw” of the fuel into the furnace can be set by adjusting either the angle at which the distribution plates are set or the conveying air pressure.

The spreaders are made of SS 304 except for the deflector plates which, being exposed to direct furnace radiation, are of SS 310.

Burner Assembly

LJE&EC Burner is designed and used to raise the furnace temperature from a cold start-up to the main burner light-off.

LJE&EC Burner system is available in customized capacities as required by the customer.

Oil Gun

LJE&EC Oil Gun Assemblies are used to deliver atomized liquid fuels to load carrying, tilting-tangential burners.

LJE&EC Oil Gun has an oil gun, ranging from 200 -4500 kg/hr fuel output.

Gun model, length, and atomizer size, and type are selected based on your application.

Any liquid fuel may be burned with steam, air, or mechanical atomization.

Smelt Spout

Made out of carbon steel plate and in with stainless steel cladding over the Smelt contact area, an additional reinforcement.

Our spouts are manufactured under strict quality control.

The spout is hydro-tested at 20 bar (g) after completion.

The water flow of the spout is 60 – 65 lpm

Improved the removal directly from the furnace through smelt spouts into a dissolving tank.

Bagasse Feeder

LJE&EC feeders are designed to match the feeders to the physical properties of the bagasse.

In tall chutes placed above the feeders, the fuel itself provides the seal and buffer of fuel to help smooth boiler control.

The feeder has focused on eliminating chokes and smoothing fuel flow.

The two small drums at the top of the feeder meter the fuel. A large-toothed drum, running at a much higher peripheral speed, ensures a steady flow of Bagasse.

The LJE&EC feeder incorporates an improved drive train and is offered with simple electronic speed control that accepts an input signal from the boiler’s fuel control loop.

The feeders can be designed for different sizes to accommodate all boiler configurations.

Damper Assembly

LJE&EC offers Dampers for cogeneration plants, power stations, plants, cement factories, steel industry, paper industries, chemical plants…

Dampers are designed for controlling low-pressure gases [5000 mm wc] and temperatures up to 800oC.

Soot Blower Assembly

LJE&EC retractable soot blower is designed specifically for low maintenance, reliability, and maximum cleaning performance.

This soot blower stands up to the most severe environment and can be in the pendant superheater of the boiler, convection section platens, and economizer.

The advanced design venturi nozzles convert high-pressure air or steam into a high-velocity jet which impacts the maximum energy to remove slag deposits.

Our products are engineered for high wearing durability and minimum maintenance.

LJE&EC blowers are available with single motor drive, dual-motor drive, and non-rotating lance.

LJE&EC blowers can be operated electrically or pneumatically.

The blowers can be supplied for hazardous areas.

DTPA Valve

We are offering a high capacity DTPA Damper used to isolate, control or regulate, hot flue gas from various industrial applications.
